Meeting Space Availability for Organizations
The library offers several meeting spaces for organizations to reserve during library hours. All organizations using the library for ongoing meetings need to fill out the Meeting Space Application Form prior to reserving meeting space. Persons in charge of the organization need to read the Meeting Space Policy below which provides details of areas of the library that can be reserved.
Meeting Space Reservation Procedures
1. Fill out the Meeting Space Application Form and get it approved before meeting space can be reserved. Read the Meeting Space Policy.

2. Once approved, fill out a Meeting Space Reservation Form Online or print out a copy of the form and mail, email or fax it to the library .
